I just heard today that the International Theatre Group London is bringing a production Much Ado About Nothing to Japan this month, and will perform it at Jogakuin Daigaku on Thursday 26th May.
It seems strange that no posters are to be seen on campus yet, or anywhere else for that matter. This year of all years we should be celebrating the opportunity to see an English production of Shakespeare in Japan. I had assumed that the tour had been cancelled in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake so I’m very happy to know that the tour is going ahead.
